Arlington, VA, July 12, 2023 – Second Front Systems®, a public-benefit software company focused on accelerating the delivery of mission-critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to government, has been selected to participate in the 2023 AWS European Defence Accelerator program. The AWS European Defence Accelerator is a four-week technical, business, and mentorship program delivered by AWS in collaboration with Plexal for startups interested in supporting defence and national security organisations across Europe.
The goal of the AWS European Defence Accelerator is to support startups with AWS Cloud technologies to provide energy resilience, secure information sharing, sensing and decision making, quantum, and cyber resilience solutions to support a range of customer mission needs. Companies selected to participate have demonstrated commercial traction and the potential to scale in the defence industry.

About AWS European Defence Accelerator
Beginning in September 2023, the AWS European Defence Accelerator is a four-week technical, business, and mentorship program delivered in collaboration with Plexal, a United Kingdom Government supported innovation technology firm. Participating startups are eligible to receive AWS computing credits, specialised AWS training, mentoring from defence and national security domain and technical subject matter experts, business development, go-to-market advice, and investment guidance.
